* Penalties of Two strokes were assessed the final group for slow play.
This is stipulated in Rule 9. on the Rules Sheet provided at the start of the tournament.
The group was out of position when putting on the 15th hole, as the group ahead was
heading to the 18th Tee, at least a 35 minute difference with two par fours.
This was prior to the downpour of rain which began on 16. The group attempted to
call the tournament director several times with no answer, as he was scoring the event.
They wanted instruction about suspending play, and did so on their own for 20 minutes.
They completed 18 about an hour after the prior group, although 20 minutes was
understood and not included when assessing the penalty.
